Possibly my favorite fashion nomenclature of the last 12 months is the introduction of Ring 3 colors into my consciousness. As a refresher,
of Tibi coined (as best I can tell) the term Ring 3 to describe colors that land between neutrals and true colors. Ring 3 colors, according to Amy, are described as “-ish” colors. Brown-ish, purple-ish, green-ish.
